Close construction, fix-and-flip, DSCR, and bridge loans. High-volume environment with institutional leads and aggressive commission structures.
Loan Processor
Move deals from application to funding. Work directly with borrowers, title, insurance, to close loans inside our 17-business-day window. Detail-oriented, communicative, and process-driven operators thrive here.
